- DB medium Incline - several warmups

- Flat BB - couple feeder sets

- High DB Incline

- Hammer Strength Bench with Red Bands

- Cable Flyes

TRICEPS

- Inner Cable Pushdowns

- Lying EZ Bar Ext

- DB Kickbacks

- Single Arm DB Overhead Tricep ext
