**JEAN BUSTING - LEG SESSION (QUAD FOCUS) BELOW**

Day 8 - Week 2 - Legs (quad focus) 3 sets of 10 - 30 rep drop set after 3rd set - in drop set use between 1-3 exercises

 

BB Back Squat - several warmups
Drop set - Decrease back squat weight by 50% for 10 reps then to leg ext for 20 reps.

 

Walking Short BB Lunges
Drop set - Body weight only walking lunges - 10 each leg then Leg Ext for 20 reps

 

Leg Ext with Red Band
Drop set - dropped 10lbs for 10 reps then cut it by 50% for 10 reps then took off bands for 10 reps same weight

 

Leg press - feet lower on plate form with shorter range of motion
Drop set - 50% drop for 15 reps then Let ext for 15 reps

 

Lying Leg Curl
Drop set - decreased 10lbs for 10 reps then dropped 50% for 20 reps.
