The Most Brutal Leg Workout in Months...


HERE'S AN OUTLINE OF TODAY'S LEG WORKOUT (THIS BEGINS CYCLE 2 - 15R3S.) This was the most challenging leg session I've had in months...PURE BRUTALITY.

The main setup is 15 reps for 3 main working sets. All sets are done with max weight. Last set of each exercise is a drop-set of 34 reps. Drop-set weight is at least 50% of the weight used in set 3 of last working set. 6 total exercises.



- Lying Leg Curls

- Seated Leg Curls

- Barbell RDLs



- Leg Press

- Barbell Back Squat

- Leg Extensions
