Day 12 - Week 3 - Chest / Triceps - Setup: 3 sets of 6 reps with a 34 rep drop set after set 3. The drop set can contain 1-3 difference exercises.

BB Incline start w/ several warmups
Dropset(s): BB Incline 12/12/10 with about :30 inbetween

BB Flat Bench
Dropset(s): BB Incline 12/12/10 with about :30 inbetween

Higher Incline DB
Dropset(s): Cut weight by 50% and did 14 reps then Incline Flyes for 20 reps

Low DB Incline
Dropset(s): Cut weight by 50% and did 14 reps then Incline Flyes for 20 reps

Close Grip Smith several warmups
Dropset(s): Cut weight by 50% and did 12 reps then V bar Pushdowns for 22 reps

Real Dips with red band around shoulders
Dropset(s): Dip Machine 20 reps then Rope Pushdowns for 14 reps

DB Incline Tricep Ext
Dropset(s): Cut weight by 50% and did 20 reps then Rope Pushdowns for 14 reps
