Shipping times will range between 3-10 days depending on location in US. For most orders, you’ll receive within 3-5 days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
OUR AMAZING “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” 60 DAY RETURNS POLICY - We have one of the best return policies in the industry! If you are not completely satisfied, within 60 days of your purchase, you may return the remaining product for a replacement or 100% refund. We will pay for return shipping! Truly, no hassle returns.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT - Returns are SUPER EASY. Contact us via our website or at support@purelabelnutrition.com with the Return Request and one of our dedicated team members will contact you ASAP.
OUR ADDITIONAL PROMISE TO YOU - Customer service is our #1 priority. We consider it an honor to have you as a customer and strive to treat you as such. If you have a Product Question or Return Request, our dedicated team of professionals will respond to you within 12 hours or less. Most responses are handled within 1 hour.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
After we send the refund, your credit card company (whoever you used in your original method of payment) takes over the process. Some credit card companies take up to a week to refund your money. Please call them if you're concerned about the timing of the refund.
