Reduce Inflammation With This Power Juice

Do you suffer from joint pain and fatigue? If so keep on reading...

Did you know that inflammation is actually the main cause of all sickness and disease in the world today? In fact, 85-90% of all sickness is rooted in inflammation. That's a scary high number, but at the same time it's also very encouraging. Because that means we can actually heal our bodies from disease naturally by changing the way we eat, instead of using prescription medicine with many dangerous side effects.

However... Believe it or not, inflammation is a part of our bodies immune response. So it's not something we want to illuminate completely from the body since without it, we can't heal. Though nowadays, most people's bodies are simply too inflamed because of poor diets loaded with sugar and saturated fats. So in turn the body responds with a crazy overactivity in the immune system.

What happens next? Sickness. Fatigue. Joint Pain. Damage to blood vessels.

It's safe to say we need to include more anti-inflammatory foods in our diets, and Juicing is one of the simple and great ways to do this.

By juicing vegetables and herbs (stay away from juicing fruit as it contains to many sugars. Eat them instead), your body soaks up these nutrients better than simply eating them. Since the fiber is eliminated from the juice (i.e the "pulp" you're left with after finishing making the juice), it goes straight into the bloodstream, where it absorbs the nutrients right away. That also means you shouldn't eat anything for at least 45 minutes after/before drinking the juice, or else it defeats the purpose of juicing and can also cause digestive issues.

Alright let's get to it.

Here's a great recipe I've found to combat inflammation:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • Ginger (1 knob / 4 grams)
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Lime or Lemon
  • 2-3 Turmeric Curcumin Roots

Consume immediately after making the juice after stirring gently for best effect.

Important notice: However long it takes to get rid of joint pain and sickness varies from person to person. Commit to making this juice until changes happen and as a part of a healthy lifestyle!

You can also supplement with Turmeric Curcumin capsules for greater impact (turmeric is a very well known powerful anti-inflammatory booster)
