Hey guys, I've been using this Pure Label Nutrition, vanilla, Pure Whey Protein, in my protein shakes after my workouts each day. I just put a little cup of spinach, some almond butter, some flaxseed, a scoop of this.
It's got 24 grams of protein and only three grams of carbohydrates, so it's really good.
A great protein source. I've also been using it to make my own protein, pumpkin spice granola. Since it is pumpkin spice season. It's right here. It's grainless.
