Meadow Rows - Build up to heavy 10 then do 4 sets.
Underhand Pulldown - Build up the heavy 8 then do 4 sets. Tilt back and pull bar right slightly below chest.
Pullovers - 4 x 12 (did this on the cable machine)
Smith Machine Rows - Build up to go weight for explosiveness. 3 x 6 (explosive)
Back Ext - 3 sets to failure
Standing Calf Raise - 4 x 20
Today was an overall good Back day.
